Event Space Rental

The Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce manages the two event rental spaces and an auxiliary office at the Bolingbrook Community Center. The spaces are available for baptisms, birthday parties, funeral repasts, quinceaneras, showers, weddings, corporate gatherings, business meetings, client meetings and so much more. Details

  • Signed contract and $500 security deposit at time of signing are required to reserve the date. NO phone reservations. Security deposit is returned one week after event, following a damage/incident-free report from our management company.
  • Staff sets up table and chairs according to renter's diagram; they also breaks down tables and chairs at end of event. Staff is on hand during event to provide extra security and refill items such as paper towels, toilet paper, and garbage bags.. Staff does not bus tables nor provide any other other event services.
  • Cooked food from home is allowed; if using a caterer the Chamber will provide a list of approved caterers.
  • Alcoholic beverages are allowed but there is a one-time charge to cover extra staffing. Sale of alcohol is NOT PERMITTED.
  • Optional clean up service is offered at an additional cost.
  • Rental is per hour: all decor set up/ event clean up must be accomplished during contract’s stated hours. All guests/staff/crew/vendors., must be off the property by the end of rental time or additional fees will be incurred.
  • All events require a certificate of liability insurance provided by the renter. Chamber provides all the necessary information at the contract signing.
  • Rental between Midnight and 2 a.m. incurs a higher per-hour rate. Holiday rental rates are a higher per-hour rate. (Easter weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day weekend, Fourth of July week, Thanksgiving week, Christmas/New Year week)
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 60 days before date of event receive a full refund. Cancellations between 60-30 days will receive half. No refunds will be issued if less than 30 days before date of event.

Event Hall A

Event Hall A can seat up to 300 guests and includes access to a black box stage and kitchen with commercial grade refrigerator, commercial microwave, steam table and steamer stack; ideal for any large gathering, fundraiser. Wing has its own restrooms. Includes use of the space and accompanying kitchen facility and restroom, set up and breakdown of tables and chair, and on-site management during event.

Event Hall B

Event Hall B can seat up to 80 guests and includes access to a spacious outdoor patio, a commercial microwave, refrigerator and small kitchen area. Wing also has its own restrooms. Includes use of the space and accompanying kitchen facility and restroom, set up and breakdown of tables and chair, and on-site management during event.

Auxiliary Office

The auxiliary office is directly across from the Chamber’s suite. It is perfect for small meetings of less than four. Do you need to take a deposition, conduct a one-to-one session, or meet a client? This space is perfect for your small meeting needs; with access to Wi-Fi and restrooms.
