The Bolingbrook Area Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Bolingbrook High School for an enhanced training program called Work Force Academy. The purpose for the partnership is to create a “workforce” that will be impactful for the Bolingbrook business community once the students graduate from BHS.
With the help of business owners, general managers and executives from the Bolingbrook area, Work Force Academy allows these volunteers into the classroom to help develop students’ workplace strengths and leadership skills through interactive presentations and firsthand accounts. This class highlights the growth potential, life potential, courtesy of the Bolingbrook business community. It is our hope that through this program, we prepare our students for careers and further development in the community for the rest of their lives.
